Evolving the built environment for a changing world

Since 2007, Little Foot Building Analyis has worked to make homes perform better. What began as an energy-focused remodeling company has evolved into a specialized building analysis and energy rating practice.

Today, Little Foot Building Analysis focuses on diagnostics, testing, weatherization, and energy modeling. We investigate, measure, quantify, and improve building performance.

Certified through Building Performance Institute (BPI Building Analyst) and RESNET (HERS rater).

What We Do

Home Energy Assessments

Comprehensive diagnostics to understand how your home uses — and loses — energy.

In partnership with GV-HEAT and Energy Smart Colorado.

Weatherization Work

Air sealing, insulation improvements, and targeted upgrades based on measured performance — not guesswork.

Code-Compliant Testing
(New Construction)

  • Blower door testing (infiltration testing)

  • Duct leakage testing

  • Thermal imaging

HERS / ERI Energy Rating

Certified ratings through RESNET for builders needing an Energy Rating Index (ERI) score.

DOE Efficient New Homes Program

Verification and testing aligned with DOE Efficient New Homes Program (Formerly ZEHR)

Building Science Consulting

Clear, science-based guidance for homeowners, builders, architects, and engineers.

Who We serve

Builders, architects, engineers, and homeowners seeking building science insight.

Our goal is simple:

Help you understand your building — and improve it.

  • Over two decades in construction and weatherization

  • One of the only local providers offering both field diagnostics and energy modeling

  • Independent — we don’t build, we analyze

  • Quantifiable findings and measurable improvements

We work in crawlspaces and attics. Mobile homes and mansions.

If there’s a problem hiding in the building envelope, we’ll find it.
